I am extremely pleased with Gene’s Chrysler. I went in and was greeted and taken care of. I left with something I was looking for, Lane Sr. helped me choose the right vehicle and continued helping me find the right one until I did! Lawson was a great helper and sure knows how to do his job! Jeremy was pleasant and helpful as well, overall, everything went quickly! I definitely will recommend Gene’s. All of the staff work together! It was an asweone experience!
I recently had a great experience with the service department. Trent was the main person I dealt with, and I'm positive I was a major pain in his ass! The DEF system needed to be replaced in my Dodge truck, which I was not happy about since its a 2015, and only has 40,000 miles on it. Trent did his best to get me an appointment as fast as possible because of my situation. He was always very respectful, helpful, and honest. I was frustrated when I called him many times, and he was patient and understanding despite my ranting. My truck is running great (So, far)... Good Job Gene's Service! Keep up the good work!

Chrysler is a good brand car.
Genes CDJR is only concerned with its money and not about the customers or the products it’s associated with. There are some sales personnel that are really helpful but everything else about this dealership negates it. Ram continues to sell vehicles that don’t work well with the cold climate (air suspension 1500s) and won’t work with Ram and its corporate team to assist those customers with them and their struggles. When brought to their attention that my truck is BARELY driveable, their first course of action was to low ball me on trade in to gain money in their own pockets. Also, when my appointment was set to get it fixed, multiple service personnel told me there IS NO PERMANENT FIX! So, I pay $40k + for a truck I can barely drive 5-7 months out of the year. My appointment was set for a week and when it was brought in at 0800 it was NEVER touched throughout the day, wasting my time and leaving me without a vehicle. Does this dealership or Ram in general care about its customers...? NO. Make sure you find another dealership, save yourself some time.
I dealt without Genes and these two for quite a while trying to get my complicated deal done in the best way possible. The two sales members I dealt with are very receptive, helpful, hard working and very knowledgeable on the product. Would definitely recommend these two sales guys to anyone if interested in anything new or used.
Every five years Ram has a makeover and I wanted to check it out with no intention of buying. Sarah was on the lot and came over to my truck to see my dog. We started talking about what’s new and different for 2019 and I decided to look at a few models and drove them. In the next few weeks I did my research and took a test drive again in several different models with Victor has Sarah was out of town during the Christmas and New Year holidays. I finally decided that if the numbers were right I would purchase a new Ram truck and trade in my 2014 Ram And I did just that and drove my new truck on 12-31-2018
